RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days.

Returned items must be received in new and unused condition with original tags included. Upon receiving your returned item we will process it and issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs). Please note customers are responsible for return shipping costs of returned items. After we receive your return, please expect 7–10 business days for refunds to clear.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your product for a different product, you will first need to return it for a refund. Once a refund is issued, you will need to make a new purchase for the item you want.

 

DEFECTS

We are committed to providing you durable, well-crafted products. If for any reason your product arrives with a defect due to workmanship, we will help you resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Before starting Cocùn,

it all began ten years ago in a small brick-and-mortar store outside of Boston. Sarah, a native of Ireland, always loved well-designed and uniquely crafted products and opened her store to bring wool blankets and scarves to her community.

Fast forward to 2020,

Sarah has now decided to launch Cocún, a digital lifestyle brand. With a passion for creating products she loves with the ones she loves, Sarah recruited her three sons and got to work. Together, Cocún was born, offering the highest quality alpaca and wool products from regions worldwide.
